Recommended intake:
Softgels: Take two softgels daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For ultimate support, take two softgels twice daily.
Liquid: Take 1/2 to one teaspoon, (2.5 mL - 5 mLs) daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Refrigerate after opening. Best if used within 3 months after opening.
