Recommended intake:

Softgels (recommended for ages 3-6):Take four softgels daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Softgels can be chewed or swallowed.
Liquid (recommended for ages 1-6):One-half teaspoon daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For best results, please refrigerate and use within three months after opening.
